The island cruise was fantastic, and the crew was very attentive and friendly. The only downside was the transfer from the ship to the hotel, as the shuttle assigned to our hotel didn't show up. Fortunately, one of the people who was taking other tourists to their hotels offered to take us to ours once they had dropped off the rest.

Translate this opinion into English.

A fantastic day on the islands and on the boat. The crew was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Lapud is definitely worth a visit, especially the beach. The food on board was surprisingly simple yet delicious, and the captain even offered seconds. We also enjoyed Sipan, Kalocep, and the extra visit to the Blue Cave. After the excursion, they took us back to the hotel. A wonderful day, highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

The cruise itself is highly recommended, I would definitely do it again. However, I must express my dismay at the transfer service. They sent us the wrong location, making us waste 30 minutes waiting. We called twice and no one answered. We sent WhatsApp messages and they didn't read them. It was incredibly frustrating. I will NOT be using them again.

Me Llamó y cortó 3 veces. Y no. No.

The operator scheduled us for 9:15-9:20 (I have a screenshot with the information). When I arrived at the location (9:10), he had already left. He called me, yelling and getting desperate because I wasn't there. But I was. He called and hung up three times. He was the one who had left early. He insisted the appointment was at 9:00, the lying, arrogant man. He tried to resolve it by yelling… But no. No.

They picked us up at 11:15 instead of 9. First island, barely able to see it, and it was very beautiful. Second island, only 45 minutes instead of 1 hour, but nothing interesting. Third island, wonderful, 2 hours and 30 minutes instead of 3 hours as per the program. Food, average, no dessert (not even a miserable plum that grows well here).

PUIES EL DIA QUE TENIAMOS CONTRATADO CON VOSOTROS NO NOS PASARON A RECOGER POR EL HOTEL SUERTE DEL HOTEL RIXOS DE DUBRONIK QUE TUVO QUE AYUDARNOS PARA SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA Y CONSIGUIERON QUE PUDIARAMOS HACER EL CRUCERO EL DIA SIGUIENTE PERO EL TELEFONO QUE NOSOTROS TENIAMOS CON LEVEL AP NO NOS CONTESTARON SIMPLIMENTE PASARON DE NOSOTROS,

Well, on the day we had booked with you, you didn't pick us up from the hotel. Luckily, the Rixos Hotel in Dubrovnik had to help us solve the problem and they managed to get us to take the cruise the next day. But the phone number we had with Level AP didn't answer; they simply ignored us.

The day before, the tour organizer called to tell us to be ready at 8:00 AM instead of 9:00 AM as stated on the voucher. We waited until 10:30 AM, and they didn't show up. We called countless times, but they didn't answer. No messages, no notification of any problems. NOTHING. We missed the entire tour and were incredibly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The local provider was very poorly organized; they should have informed us of the pick-up location and time, and we had to track them down to get that information. The transfers to and from the port were also very improvised. The islands were great, and the crew and food were good too.
