    They were very punctual upon our arrival in Ibiza, gave us the ferry tickets to Formentera, the car was very comfortable, and the driver was friendly. When we arrived in Formentera, the driver hadn't arrived; he wasn't waiting for us, which was worrying for about 10 minutes. But he finally arrived and was great, very kind. It was our first time using Civitatis, and we'll definitely use them again.
