On the tour of Lisbon, we went to different points to board and the car didn’t show up….! After trying 3 or 4 different points, there was no guided tour in the car…no announcer, no microphone….! Very lacking! I wouldn’t use it again and I don’t recommend it..

The activity is great if it lives up to what's advertised and what you book. We had a problem with the Belem tour; there was nobody there at the indicated place and time, even though I went both in the morning and afternoon. Also, I was charged for the public tram (the yellow one). Otherwise, everything was fine. I've filed a complaint via chat since they don't answer the phones. I don't know if this will go anywhere; the woman Débora told me she'd submitted it, we'll see.

Nos encantó la experiencia Translate this opinion into English.

It's a fantastic way to see Lisbon in a single day, without exhausting yourself walking or climbing hills, with explanations in Spanish (or any language you prefer) of the areas visited through free headsets. We loved the experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Very informative, with comprehensive information about sites and monuments. The buses ran smoothly, with no long waits. You could get off near the monuments to visit them at your leisure and then hop back on the bus to continue the tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

They didn't keep to the scheduled bus stops. We waited for over an hour at each stop. Buses were canceled. There was no guide in Bethlehem waiting at the location and time indicated in the brochure when we booked with Civitatis. In short, the experience left much to be desired and made us waste a lot of time at each stop waiting for the next bus—more than three hours. As a regular customer, the least I could expect is a refund or compensation for the poor quality of the activity.

The yellow bus route was supposed to start at 9:00 AM. It started half an hour late. Furthermore, the guide didn't show up, and therefore the guided tour of Belém couldn't take place. Even the driver, puzzled, called the central office to inquire, and thanks to him, we were informed that the tour was canceled. It's a shame they didn't give us more notice. Despite everything, the tour was still good.

The signs for the bus stop weren't very clear, and we waited an hour and a half in the wrong place. During the journey, there was an accident with two cars in front of us, and we were stuck for half an hour in the blazing sun. To top it all off, the driver left us stranded at the next stop, saying he was running late, and the next bus took another half hour. A complete disaster.

We were taken off a bus with the explanation that it needed to refuel, and at the same stop, we were told that the next bus wouldn't arrive for another hour, without any further explanation, even though we had two small children. Two out of the eight headphone jacks we tried didn't work. Two stops on the Lisbon-Belén route were shops: El Corte Inglés and another Portuguese store. The price compared to the same activity in other cities is excessive.

Gracias

Very disappointed with this tour. The claim that you can hop on and off wherever you want is a lie; you can only do so at certain stops. Since it's a 48-hour ticket, they give you a paper one on the first day, and they didn't tell us we needed it for the second day. Luckily, we didn't throw it away because the digital ticket wasn't valid, and it should be—we're in the digital age, let's not go back to paper! Anyway, it was a bit of a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Thanks.

We had an experience with the Bethlehem tourist bus that was not what we expected. We got off at the Museu de Carris stop, but once we got off, the stop didn't match the one shown on the map, which made us lose time until we arrived in Bethlehem. We had to use an Uber. Then, at the last stop in Bethlehem, we got on at 4:00 PM and left at 6:15 PM, as did everyone else at that stop, using another Uber.

When we boarded the blue bus at stop P2 on Saturday, we were given a ticket for one passenger. When I complained, they told us that scanning it would make it valid for both of us. And it was, when we boarded the next bus and again on Sunday morning on the yellow boat. So far, so good. But when we tried to board the bus at stop P6 at 1:50 PM, the driver of bus 163 wouldn't give us a single ticket for both of us. We felt cheated!

Decepcionante.

Disappointing. For €22 I expected much more. There were very few buses; you only saw the red ones from the other company. They need an app with timetables and to show the bus's location at each stop. On September 11th at 6 PM at stop 5, we waited for over an hour, and as we were leaving, we saw two buses go by one after the other. We couldn't complete the route. The frequency was terrible, and the information was poor. I don't recommend it.

Terrible service. It took me two hours to find the bus; the app's map was directing me to Africa. At the Yellowbus information kiosk, there was a person who spoke neither English nor Spanish, only Portuguese, which I thankfully do speak, but it's odd for someone working for a tourism company. They sent me to the wrong pick-up point, wasting my time, and the service didn't improve when I finally boarded the bus. Overall, the experience was awful; I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

I asked several times for the bus stop addresses because I was coming from Sintra and didn't know Lisbon, but they never sent me any information. The girl who gave us the tickets didn't provide any information, and the bus came approximately every 80 minutes. A driver saw us and kept going, so we had to wait for the next bus. I'm attaching photos of the trip; it was a bad experience.
