Looking for something different to do in Seville? Don't miss this kayak tour along the Guadalquivir River. It's sports and sightseeing all in one!
Activity Details
We'll start our kayak tour of Seville by meeting at the designated time at Calle Betis 19.
Before hitting the water, we'll get a quick lesson on how to handle the kayaks and the gear we'll be using. Once we're all suited up, we'll be ready to paddle the Guadalquivir!
As we make our way down the river, the guide will tell us about Seville's history while we pass the most iconic landmarks along its banks. At the foot of the legendary Torre del Oro, we'll hear the stories that turned the city into one of the richest in the world in the 16th century.
After passing the famous Isabel II Bridge and paddling under the Cachorro Bridge, we'll reach the area around La Cartuja Island, home to the pavilions of the 1992 Universal Exposition.
Paddling back along the Alfonso XIII Canal, we'll keep learning more about Seville until we return to where our kayak route began.
